President Ramaphosa announced a lock-down in South Africa from 26th March 2020 at midnight to 30th April 2020. We are all supporting the “flattening-the-curve” initiative and as a result our office will be closed during the lock-down period.
This decision has a major impact on our business as we are reliant on Publishers to print and distribute their books to us. While publishers may have the stock to deliver to us, couriers and transport services may only transport critical goods such as medication, food and coal - not books. Any orders we have placed with publishers that have not been delivered by lock-down, will mean that they will only be able to deliver after the 30th of April.
We have worked extremely hard to distribute orders we had in our ordering system to reach our clients before the lock-down begins. We would now encourage you to please go online and place your orders so that upon our return, after the lock-down period, we can fulfil these new orders and get them to you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your continued support.
Be safe.
